Consumer dispute resolution / Verbraucherstreitbeilegung

We are not willing or obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). The European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

Invobis is software, not a regulated legal, tax advisory or financial service. Using the app does not create a Steuerberater, Rechtsanwalt or payment-institution relationship.
